WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Arrival time = processing time + shipping time
Processing: Generally 2-5 business days.
Before we ship your order, we must prepare the products, perform strict quality control tests, and carefully package the items. The time required to prepare products for delivery is separate from delivery time. We hope you understand.
After delivery, the order will arrive within 15-25 business days depending on the speed of customs clearance. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Please feel free to email us to check the status of your order. We are happy to help.

All packages are held for collection if they cannot be signed for or delivered. If an item is returned because it was undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping and return shipping costs.

Your package can be tracked online. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the online tracking number and link. The tracking number will be valid for your verification within 48 hours of receiving the email. During the holiday season, standard shipping orders will not be tracked once packages arrive in the United States. This is because the USPS website no longer updates shipping package information.

I RECEIVED AN WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
If you find that you have received a defective or wrong product, please notify us immediately through our team. Please provide as many details as possible, including photos, about your order and the problem with the items, and we will find a fair solution for you.
AN ITEM IS MISSING IN MY ORDER.
As sometimes we do not ship all ordered items at the same time due to different item arrivals, some items will arrive separately. There is an email that says if items are shipped separately. So please check your email inbox first and if you have any questions, please contact us.
IF IT IS URGENT, YOU CAN CHOOSE EXPRESS SHIPPING.
We are happy to provide our customers with an express delivery service. However, there are additional costs to consider before choosing this option. Any customs or import duties will be charged once the package arrives in the destination country. These fees must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot say what the cost would be as customs policies and import fees vary greatly from country to country. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for current fees before ordering so that you do not incur unexpected fees.
We offer economical package delivery, standard delivery and fast delivery. Different countries and different weight segments have different logistics fees and delivery times. You will find detailed price and delivery time instructions on the home page of the purchasing process. We have free regular or long-term shipping. During the event, orders that meet the event conditions can benefit from the services.
